De Call Recorder VoIP brengt VoIP-recording binnen handbereik van kleine kantoren. De Call Recorder VoIP neemt gesprekken op van de IP-telefoons die op uw bureau staan. U kunt aanvullende licenties aanschaffen. De Call Recorder VoIP kan maximaal vier IP-telefoons verwerken. Dat maakt de Call Recorder VoIP de ideale oplossing voor kleine tot gemiddelde call recording toepassingen.<\/p>\n

Na installatie van de meegeleverde software slaat de Call Recorder VoIP alle telefoongesprekken op in een volledige database. Van elk telefoongesprek wordt ook de metadata van het gesprek (telefoonnummer, datum & tijd, duur gesprek, inkomend of uitgaand gesprek, etc.) opgeslagen in de volledige database. Dit zorgt ervoor dat opnames snel gevonden kunnen worden, zelfs in een database waar duizenden gesprekken in staan.<\/p>\n

Bureautelefoons en IP Softphones<\/b>
\nVoIP telefonie heeft het gebruik van Soft Phones (of Soft Clients) snel laten groeien. Natuurlijk kan de Call Recorder VoIP gesprekken van softphones, als ze compatible zijn, en bureau IP-phones opnemen.<\/p>\n

De Call Recorder VoIP wordt standaard met 1 recording licentie geleverd. Drie optionele recording licenties kunnen toegevoegd worden, wat het totaal op vier 4 IP phones brengt waarvan de gesprekken kunnen worden opgenomen.<\/p>\n
