The V-Tap ISDN BRI is a hardware and software solution for the recording of telephone calls. The supplied hardware unit can record the audio from an ISDN 2 line. The recorded data is stored digitally onto an SD card and is sent over the network to your PC. The V-Archive (software running on a Windows PC) receives the audio files, together with the original date, time and call number information (meta data).

The V-Tap Analog records the audio from an analog telephone line or any telephone that works with a cord-connected handset. Store the recordings on an SD card and store them on your PC using the free V-Archive software.

Recording license V-Tap VoIP for PC
The V-Tap VoIP can handle a number of VoIP phones simultaneously. You need one license per telephone. Use the web interface of your V-Tap VoIP and the Vidicode website to activate this license.
If you have ten VoIP telephones or more the Apresa might be a more cost effective solution for you.
The number of VoIP phones you can record with one V-Tap is limited if there's much data traffic that passes through your V-Tap VoIP. Contact us for advice.
