Recording audio with the V-Tap Analog
The V-Tap Analog can record audio from an external microphone or another audio source, such as an audio output signal from a radio system. Recording in this way can produce high quality recordings, especially when Stereo Recording is enabled and the Recording Quality is set to sample rate 16 KHz or 32 KHz.
V-Tap Analog can record analog telephone calls as well, and works completely stand-alone. It stores the recordings on an SD-card. It sends the files to V-Archive, running on a Windows PC, or to the large and versatile Call Recorder Apresa. Using V-Archive or Apresa, you can easily search for recordings and play them.
